Red Room
Caribbean Dawn features 4 hotel/motel-style rooms. Each room has a private bath, hot water and lots of counter space. Each room also has a private balcony with hammock & deck chairs, table & chairs, dresser, mirror, ceiling fan, night stand, closet, refrigerator, plates, cups, bowls & utensils (for making coffee, tea, cereal, a sandwich, cutting fruit, etc.), coffee maker, tea pot and toaster. Brown/Bunk Room has a kitchenette.
Manager lives on site. WIFI signal is free and strong.
Rates are per room and apply to both single and double occupancy (1 or 2 people per room). There is a US$40 charge per night for each additional person in a room beyond 2. No extra charge for small children. The maximum capacity for Red or Brown is 4 people (children and/or adults). Meals are NOT included. Minimum stay of 2 nights:
US$95 per night/per room
US$665 per week (7 nights)/per room
US$1,235 for 2 weeks (14 nights)/per room = 1 free night
US$1,710 for 3 weeks (21 nights)/per room = 3 free nights
US$2,185 per 4 weeks/(28 nights)/per room = 5 free nights
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room. Deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation is made 30 days before check-in date. All room charges (100%) due at check-in. Fresh bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided at the start of each rental period. Towels are changed every 3 days (as needed/if requested) . Bed linens are changed weekly.
